We NEVER charge you extra for hoop size choices. 2- Your designs are always available for you, no reason needed to redownload your designs, all we need is your request. 3- If you accidently order the same design set twice (oops!) you can pick a refund OR ask for a new set of equal or lesser value. 4- We have a team of testers who test in hus, jef, pes, and vip formats, on older machines and new machines to ensure the best stitch out quality we can give you. 5- We know we are far from perfect so if there is a problem just email us and let us know.
